Hi all -
I am trying CBD oil for pain issues - actually suggested by my dr.
I started with a 400mg/30ml bottle, taking .5ml once or twice daily, and gradually upping to .75, and now to 1ml. Was actually feeling some positive results - definitely not removing pain, but lessening it and making me more functional.
I started shopping for another oil, and ordered a 500mg/30ml bottle - a different brand than the first. One thing I'm noticing that's different is the consistency, or viscosity of the new oil. it doesn't seem nearly as "thick" or oily as the first, and after putting it under my tongue, it's difficult to even tell it's there - other than the taste. It's like it's "watery" where the first was "oily". (Sorry for such technical terms)
Both are full spectrum products.
Is there something I should look for to tell what the difference might be between the 2? Are different substances used as the base for CBD oil? I'm hesitant to mention brand names since I'm not informed enough to know that I am using the correct product, and using it correctly.
Any ideas on what to look for to identify the differences?

Similar products from different vendors will have different consistancy and presentation, but what you should be looking for is the difference in effect. Though if it's the same amount of CBD and the same type, the effect should be the same regardless of any perceived differences.
