Started taking CBD about a month ago, first a small syringe of oil, lasted 4 days, too short to get a solid 'read' on what it does, but seemed to improve sleep quality, second order was for 30 capsules, dry powder, 25mg, split in two so each dose approx 12mg, but now aftar a week or so, seems like a couple of unwanted side effects - severe dry eyes, and most obnoxious prolonged heartburn, any one else experiencing this? Fully aware both of these could be caused by something else, but recall from days long gone getting dry eyes from smoking weed, so seems there could be a connexion, any insights welcome.

If you are consuming CBD Orally, then wait 1.5 hours before consuming any pharmaceuticals that metabolize in the liver (roughly 60% of all meds) to avoid any interactions.

Yes, It too has some side effects which also can be resolved very easily...
some side effects are like:
Dry Mouth- makes you feel thirsty.
No matter how much thirsty you are, just drink a glass of water to resolve it.
Low Blood Pressure- makes you feel Lightheadedness(kind of a headache).
But this side effect is temporary and can often be resolved by drinking a cup of coffee or tea.
